Yoga & Pilates Classes

We offer Group Yoga & Pilates Classes and 1-to-1 Yoga & Pilates sessions to all ages and abilities.

Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you. We believe that your fitness and health is not just about working out, it's about finding your inner strength and achieving a balanced mind and body. Our small boutique classes give you plenty of individual attention and offer a calm and relaxing alternative to classes at the gym, as spaces are strictly limited.​​
