NEW CLASS - GREAT FOR BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATES TO GET BACK TO FITNESS & HEALTH. In Person Pilates - 5 Week Course NEW CLASS Wednesdays 9.15am A Perfect way to start the week. Pilates is a great way to get back your fitness. All levels are welcome. It will be a Mixed Ability Pilates class using small equipment and mat work. Limited numbers so early booking advised. PLEASE FILL OUT MY HEALTH FORM ON THE YOUR HEALTH TAB OF THIS SITE BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS. AND BRING A YOGA MAT AND BALL OR BLOCKS TO CLASS. You will need to bring with you to class: - A non slip yoga mat - Small towel - A small Pilates ball 23cm soft ball. - Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We will provide the rest! Spaces are strictly limited. Free Parking for clients outside the venue.

Cancellation Policy
​Once a course has been booked we cannot offer refunds. Your booking is for the course only and cannot be transferred to another course, class, different day, time or venue. All classes are booked on a first come first serve basis. If a class is fully booked, you can contact us to be added to the waiting list via the Contact Us form on this site. We will issue refunds back to your card if a class is cancelled or does not run. Or if a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of spaces is not filled a minimum of 4 clients is needed to run a course.
